Now that I’m enrolled, what comes next?

Hello Students and Parents!

Welcome and thank you for enrolling with Prep Expert for SAT or ACT Preparation. It is our goal to make your experience as invigorating and as streamlined as possible. So please take a few minutes to read through the guide below to make sure all your pre-class needs have been fulfilled. If there is an issue, please email our Service Center and representative will promptly address your concerns.

Your Class Details
Start by logging into your Student Dashboard, almost everything you’ll need to access for your class will be here. Plan to login a few minutes early before class begins to access the Clickmeeting Classroom. Your class Schedule is also accessed here. Please note, all times are listed in Pacific Time.

Logging Into Your Account
After receiving your temporary password log into your Student Dashboard. If you need to reset your password, you can do so by clicking here and following the subsequent instructions.

Homework Assignments
Be sure to complete the homework assignments before each class, your instructor will take questions from the homework. Each assignment should take no more than 1 hour to finish. It is highly recommended to do the homework, your chances for success will be much better and you will get more out of the course.

Practice Tests
It is recommended to set aside 4-hours every week to complete your practice tests. The more you put into taking the Practice Tests, the better your end result will be. To properly simulate a testing environment, try printing out the test at home and ask one of your parents to act as a Proctor.

Accessing The Virtual Classroom
To access the virtual classroom please visit your Student Dashboard. The password for the classroom will be right below the Virtual Classroom link. Note, if you haven’t verified your Student Account via the confirmation email received after purchasing the class, please click here to verify and reset the password to your Student Account. If you are experiencing further issues, please see our Troubleshooting Guide below.

E-Books For SAT Class
You should have received 5 separate emails from Amazon with download links for the 5 e-books Prep Expert has gifted to you for the course. Please check your Spam or Bulk folder if these emails do not appear in your inbox. The e-books can be read on almost any device, download the Kindle App by clicking here to do so. Note, that if you are enrolled in a 2-Day SAT Weekend Camp books are not included.

Books For ACT Class
You will be receiving 2 ACT books via home delivery from Amazon; ACT 36 in Just 7 Steps and the Official ACT Prep Guide. If you haven’t received your package from Amazon within 2 weeks of your purchase please email Customer Service with the Order ID from your purchase confirmation email. Note, that if you are enrolled in a 2-Day ACT Weekend Camp books are not included.

Grading Your Tests
To grade your tests visit the Test Section of your Student Dashboard. Then follow the login instructions to our grading platform, BubbleScan.

Class Video Recordings
Video of the class will be uploaded to your Student Dashboard’s Recorded Classes Section within about 48 hours after class is over, and will be available up until 30 days after the course ends.

Accessing Clickmeeting

  • Supported Browsers: Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Firefox 3 or higher and Chrome.
  • The platform currently does NOT support Safari.
  • Use the most recent version of Adobe Flash.
  • If using Wifi, please make sure that the ports 443, 1935 and 80 are unlocked on your firewall.
  • Your Internet Browser maybe ‘Blocking’ Clickmeeting, if there is a ‘red x’ or exclamation in the URL bar of your Browser, click on it and ‘Allow’ Clickmeeting or Adobe Flash to run.

Accessing Clickmeeting – iPad, iPhone or Android Mobile Device

Internet Connection

  • Use a Wired Ethernet connection for best results.
  • If using WIFI make sure to use a WIFI network with a strong signal.
  • Using WIFI with a weak signal will diminish Clickmeeting audio/video performance.
