If I don’t get the Score Improvement Guarantee, how do I request a refund?
We 100% stand by our Score Improvement Guarantees. If your student does not reach the guaranteed improvement and they completed all of the course requirements, then we will issue a refund.

In summary, you will need to email [email protected] the score report from an official test taken prior to the course start and the score report from an official test taken after the course ended. The score reports must be downloaded from the College Board or ACT website and show your student’s full name, score, and date of the exam.
If you are having issues with locating your official score report on the College Board’s website, you can contact them at (866) 630-9305 or go to collegeboard.org. If you are having issues with locating your official score report on the ACT’s website, you can contact them at (319) 337-1270 or go to act.org. Official score reports from each testing agency are free to download online.

Once we receive your scores, we will review your student’s account to make sure all of the course requirements we met. If so, then we can either refund your tuition for the course or, if you feel you need more help, you can re-enroll in another course instead of taking a refund. If your student did not meet all of the requirements of the course, then we will email you will the results of the review detailing why we can not offer a refund.
