We 100% stand by our Score Improvement Guarantees. If your student does not reach the guaranteed improvement and they completed all of the course requirements, then we will issue a refund.

Please see our Terms of Service for official details about how to request a refund.

In summary, you will need to email [email protected] the score report from an official test taken prior to the course start and the score report from an official test taken after the course ended. The score reports must be downloaded from the College Board or ACT website and show your student’s full name, score, and date of the exam.

If you are having issues with locating your official score report on the College Board’s website, you can contact them at (866) 630-9305 or go to collegeboard.org. If you are having issues with locating your official score report on the ACT’s website, you can contact them at (319) 337-1270 or go to act.org.
